The hospitality sector in my constituency has been let down yet again by the Government. Given less than 48 hours notice ahead of Tier 3, pubs and restaurants will now have to cancel bookings at the last minute and throw away fresh produce.
On LBC News this morning, I made clear that the Government must offer full compensation to businesses affected by the Tier 3 decision.
It’s vital that these businesses survive the pandemic.
