Rupa Huq MP calls on UK Govt to step up efforts to bring about peace in the Middle East

The ongoing situation in Jerusalem, Gaza and Israel is appalling. I condemn the attacks that have endangered civilian lives and resulted in Palestinian and Israeli casualties, including children.
Today I pressed the Middle East Minister James Cleverly MP to redouble efforts to establish an immediate ceasefire and re-establish a meaningful peace process to end this cycle of violence.
