Rupa Huq MP second speech against the Perceval House redevelopment plan

I am gutted by the decision to approve the #PercevalHouse redevelopment plan last night.
With over 2000 objections raised, it’s clear that Ealing does not want more monster developments that fail to provide adequate levels of genuinely affordable family housing.
The application must be halted to allow for a comprehensive, evidence-based review that takes into account local housing need, as well as the impact of Covid-19 on the new normal.
